Your home is being built right now. This is the one chance to get it right.
Once the walls close up, your choices are sealed in for decades. A Native Manor build consultation puts environmental health decisions on the table while they're still decisions — not after move-in, when the only options left are damage control.
We evaluate
The site itself — before you break ground
Structural materials, insulation, and what's sealed inside your walls
Finishes, cabinetry, and everything you'll touch every day
The systems — water, air, and ventilation — that shape how your home breathes
How it works
Every build is different, so we meet you where you are. Some clients want a single review of their plans and material spec before permits are filed. Others want us at the table with their architect and builder from the first sketch through move-in. Either way, you get clear, written guidance — specific materials to use, and specific ones to avoid.
Our Engagements
Plan Review — $850
A focused review of your architectural plans and materials specification. We flag what to change before it's built, with a written phase-by-phase report your architect and builder can act on directly.
Full Project Partnership — starting at $6,500
We join your project team from design through move-in — reviewing plans, sitting in on material decisions, and walking the site at key milestones to confirm what was promised is what actually got built. Every property is different, so pricing scales with your home's size and scope. We'll talk through your project before finalizing a quote.
You'll walk away with
SITE + DESIGN GUIDANCE
Decisions made before it's too late
From choosing the land to finalizing your spec book, we help you and your architect make the calls that are hardest — and most expensive — to undo later.
MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS
What to use, what to avoid
A clear, room-by-room and system-by-system guide to materials — framing, insulation, flooring, cabinetry, finishes — built around your specific site and priorities.
SITE VERIFICATION
Confirmation, not assumptions
For full project partnerships, we walk the site at key construction milestones to confirm the plan on paper is the home actually being built.
