Consultation Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Native Manor, we understand that schedules change and life happens. To ensure fairness for both our clients and our team, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy for all virtual consultations, including Home and Office consultations.
Cancellations by the Client
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via info@nativemanor.co.

48 hours or more before the appointment: Clients who cancel at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund to their original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to process.

24–47 hours before the appointment: Clients who cancel within this window will receive a 50% refund to their original payment method, or may opt for a one-time complimentary reschedule. Rescheduled appointments must be completed within 45 days of the original appointment date.

Less than 24 hours before the appointment: Clients who cancel within 24 hours of their appointment may reschedule for a $50 rescheduling fee, which must be paid prior to confirming the new appointment. No refund will be issued for the original appointment.
No-Shows
A 15-minute grace period is provided at the start of all scheduled consultations. If a client has not joined the session after 15 minutes without prior notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show. No refund will be issued, and any future bookings will require full payment at the time of scheduling.
Cancellations or Rescheduling by Native Manor
We respect your time and will do our utmost to honor all scheduled appointments. In the event that Native Manor must reschedule:

48 hours or more before the appointment: No refund will be issued. Your appointment will be rescheduled at no charge.

24–47 hours before the appointment: Clients may choose to keep the rescheduled appointment and receive a 25% discount coupon for the Native Manor retail shop, or cancel the appointment entirely and receive a 50% refund to their original payment method.

Less than 24 hours before the appointment: Clients will receive a 25% refund to their original payment method and a 25% discount coupon for the Native Manor retail shop.
Technical Difficulties
Our consultations are conducted virtually and may occasionally be affected by technical issues.

If a technical disruption occurs on Native Manor's end, you will be offered a full complimentary reschedule at no charge.

If a technical disruption occurs on the client's end, the appointment will be treated in accordance with the late cancellation policy outlined above.

In the event that the cause of the disruption cannot be determined, Native Manor will offer a one-time complimentary reschedule as a courtesy.
Post-Consultation Satisfaction
All consultation services are non-refundable once the session has been completed. We encourage clients to communicate any concerns during the consultation so that we may address them in real time.
Retail Shop Return & Refund Policy
At Native Manor, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before completing your order.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at returns@nativemanor.co within your 30-day return window. Include your order number and reason for return in your message. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 3-business days. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at returns@nativemanor.co within 7 days of delivery. You will be asked to provide your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. Damaged and defective claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will work with you to make it right.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Native Manor is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Final Note
Native Manor reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
