1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday only. Orders placed on Fridays will be processed and shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on federal holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Carriers & Methods
Native Manor ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on the most cost-effective option available for your order at the time of fulfillment. All orders are shipped using standard shipping speeds.
3. Shipping Rates

Orders under $100: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Orders $100 or more: Qualify for free standard shipping automatically applied at checkout.
4. Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Estimated transit times for domestic orders are typically 3–7 business days after the order has been processed, depending on your location and the carrier selected. Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
5. International Shipping
Native Manor currently ships internationally to Portugal. International orders are subject to the following:

Native Manor is not responsible for delays caused by customs, duties, or import regulations

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by Portuguese authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer

Native Manor is not responsible for orders held, seized, or returned by customs
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after your confirmation email is received.
7. Order Modifications & Cancellations
All orders are final once placed. We are unable to modify or cancel an order after it has been submitted, as orders are promptly forwarded to our fulfillment house for processing. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
8. Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or indicates that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at returns@nativemanor.co and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Once the claim is resolved, we will reship your order or issue a refund to your original payment method as appropriate.
9. Stolen Packages
Native Manor is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. If your tracking shows a confirmed delivery and you have not received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or any other location where the package may have been left. If you believe your package has been stolen, please file a report with your local law enforcement and contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
10. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at returns@nativemanor.co within 7 days of delivery. You will be required to provide clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. Native Manor will work with the carrier to resolve the claim and will reship your order at no additional cost to you once the claim has been reviewed.
11. Incorrect Addresses
Native Manor is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at [email address] as soon as possible and we will do our best to make corrections before the order is processed, though we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
