10 Inch Fry Pan with Short Handles
360 Cookware 10" Fry Pan with Short Handles
10.75" Rim-to-Rim | T-316 Surgical Grade Stainless Steel
The fry pan that fits where others don't — without giving anything up.
The 10" Fry Pan with Short Handles is 360 Cookware's answer to a real kitchen problem: you want a full-sized fry pan, but a long handle is constantly fighting you for space — in the cabinet, on the rack, on a crowded stovetop. The short-handle design solves that without compromise. At 10" across the cooking surface and 10.75" rim-to-rim, this is a genuinely spacious pan — wide enough for a proper sear, roomy enough for a full breakfast, capable enough for a stir-fry that actually has room to move. It just stores like a fraction of that.
The construction is T-316 surgical grade stainless steel — the same alloy used in medical and marine applications, chosen here because it's non-reactive, exceptionally durable, and built to hold up to daily cooking over a lifetime. The cladded .110 gauge metal distributes heat evenly across the entire surface, which means no hot spots, no scorching the center while the edges lag behind. Less oil required, shorter cooking times, and more of what actually ended up in the pan makes it onto the plate.
360 Cookware has been handcrafting in the U.S.A. since the beginning — this pan is not assembled here from imported components but made here, to exacting standards, with a construction process that shows in the cooking. Oven safe to 500°, induction capable, and ergonomically handled for the two-handed confidence a short-handle design naturally invites.
This is the pan for the cook who's done apologizing for their cabinet space.

Native Manor Note: Most fry pans with short handles exist because someone wanted to make a smaller pan look less awkward. This one starts from a different premise — full cooking surface, serious stainless construction, proper heat distribution — and just removes the handle length that was never doing anything useful anyway. If your cabinet situation has been the reason you haven't had a great 10" pan, the reason just went away.
